for English-speaking friends:
so many thoughts/feelings about last week and the week before and stuff that's happened during my stay in taiwan (here and elsewhere). i'd love to share... but seems like it would take an eternity to do so. however, for those who are willing to listen to a LOT of VERY long rambling... i promise to give it a shot and try not to drive you crazy ... haha. (btw... apologies ahead of time if i have more difficulty than usual communicating with you... my english comm skills are deteriorating at an alarming rate...)

in awe of what has happened these past few days at wesley youth camp and puli mission trip. the past school year, i learned that lasting friendships can be made in a semester. the past five days, i learned that because of the love of Christ, close friendships can be formed in less than a week. Thank you everyone (even though most of you can't read this) for allowing God to work through you and touch my life through you. Shine for God! :)

update:
heading to puli tomorrow. found out the girl teaching english with me has been in taiwan since the end of may. second testimony is still non-existent in paper form, though there's bits of it floating about in my head. haven't played bass or practiced with the team and won't get to until i'm there. getting on the bus for puli at 6:20am (5:20pm today stateside). this means i'm going in almost completely unprepared and with no idea what i'm going to be doing. so, if things don't turn out disastrously on my part, it'll be all God's doing... (maybe He's doing this on purpose?) please continue praying for me, 'cause i'm going to need it. here's a quick recap:

-team unity
-sensitivity to God's guidance and the people's needs
-health
-good turnout for the youth/college camp and english class
-God's continued working in our hearts and theirs
-God's help with preparation/organization
-true life changing impact for everyone involved
