today...
today, i woke up feeling ill.
today, the first day of finals.
today, the day i studied so hard for.
today, i clambered up two and half flights,
and very nearly passed out on the way.
today, i exhausted my mind and my body far too much.
today, i felt like laying down.
today, i crawled under the piano and listened,
and, today, it was lovely.
today, i was moved to tears,
and i'm not too sure why.
today, i was prayed for.
today, was the first day of exams,
and today was a wonderful day.
